Returns
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, then contact us at support@holmanart-buy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Custom-commissioned or personalized pieces

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.
